| What the village keeps | What the village keeps it for | How long the village keeps it |
|---|---|---|
| Nickname | Greeting you by your nickname in the game | Kept in the village until you delete the account |
| Email address | Telling which account is yours whenever you log in | Kept in the village until you delete the account |
| Password hash | Letting you in without our ever keeping the password itself | Kept in the village until you delete the account |
| Sign-up date | Answering for support and stopping abuse | Kept in the village until you delete the account |
And that is everything. We never ask for your real name, address, date of birth or phone number, nor for payment details of any sort, because nothing in the village has a price. Your password is kept only as a one-way hash. Lawful basis: performance of a contract, which here means giving you the account you asked for. The delete button on your account page removes all of it at once.

It all stays on your own device, and none of it is sent up to us.
If you press “Accept all”, Google Analytics and Google Ads tags measure visits and whether our adverts bring people to play, for example that a first spin took place; Google then receives your IP address, details of your device and those events. If you press “Essential only”, the same tags run in consent mode without cookies and without advertising identifiers. Lawful basis: consent.
For security, the company that hosts us keeps ordinary request logs for a little while. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
Whenever you choose, you may access, correct or erase your data, ask us to restrict it, object to its processing or withdraw your consent. Deleting your account from the account page erases the account data straight away, and clearing this site’s data in your browser removes what is left. Leafloft Village welcomes adults aged 19 or over and nobody younger. Coins in the village are virtual, carry no monetary value, and you can never buy, sell, withdraw or exchange them. There is no coin shop and no payment page on any platform, nothing of real-world value is ever given as a prize, and success in the treetops does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
