The village terms of use

1. Who keeps the village

These terms govern your use of leafloftvillage.com ("Leafloft Village", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of leafloftvillage.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who can come up

You may use Leafloft Village only if you are aged 19 or over, and by using it you confirm that you are 19 or over.

3. Village coins

  • The games run on virtual coins that the village hands out free of charge.
  • Coins have no monetary value, and they are not money, credit or property.
  • Coins cannot be purchased, sold, withdrawn or transferred, nor exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. The village has no in-app purchases.
  • No prize with real-world value is on offer in the village.
  • We may adjust or reset coins, levels and features in the village whenever we need to.

4. No real-money gambling in the village

Leafloft Village does not offer or promote real-money gambling, and the village never links to gambling operators.

5. Your village account

  • The two worlds above the open one need a free account. It is one account per person, and it is not to be shared.
  • Keep your password to yourself, and let the village know straight away if someone else has used your account.
  • Your account page lets you delete the account at any moment; it goes immediately and cannot be brought back.
  • Where an account is used to disrupt the site, or we believe it belongs to someone under 19, we may suspend it.
  • Coins, levels and missions belong to your village account rather than to you as property, and they may be reset.

6. Using the village fairly

You must not try to disrupt the site, aim automated tools at it, offer to trade coins, or allow anyone under 19 to use it.

7. Keeping the village up, and liability

We provide the site “as is”, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. Any malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your statutory rights are left as they are.

8. The law that applies to the village

Ontario’s provincial laws, and the federal laws of Canada as they apply in Ontario, govern these terms.
